Easter was fun. We did the egg hunt first thing in the morning. Then they opened their baskets. Kaitlyn LOVED the eggs, especially after she realized they were full of candy. She was trying to get them all open so that she could have more after that!

Dylan got to sleep in his new bed for the first time on 4/15/09
He was so excited to pick out his own bedspread, and think that he was getting a big boy's bed. It was long over due. We are all so glad that he doesn't come in our room as often as he used to now! It's been a really good thing for everyone.

This is my lovely eye injury.
This was day 3, and let me tell you, I wish I had taken pictures EVERY day while I had it. This was mild compared to how it looked about a week after I did it. It spread a lot, and turned purple/red. I'm glad to say that it didn't ever turn GREEN like the doctor said it would. I did get some yellow, but that was bearable. It's amazing how the body heals itself. Thankfully, I don't have any remaining signs that I ever poked it with that blasted metal!!!!

OH MY GOSH jENNI!!! That looks so aweful!!! I hope its better now... I didnt notice much when I saw you last, but I thought it was your friend that had the injury NOT YOU!!! Im so sorry hat happened. And really dont worry about the makeup it wasnt even that late! You are always so good at making sure I get it as fast as possible... really I wasnt even worried about it (I was just going to hibernate in my house for a while until I got it;) but thatnkyo so much for everything!!!
