People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered:

Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough:
Give your best anyway.

I found this on my friends blog, and I absolutely LOVE it. I can't believe how much impact it has on me right now. Sometimes it's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but I like the perspective this gives me.
