Father's Day was nice.
I made Travis breakfast in bed, we got up and sat around for a minute with the kids, opened his gift, and then I headed to WalMart.
We had dinner at Outback the following Monday! It was really nice!!!
Thanks for being such a GREAT Dad Honey!
It was a lot of fun. Kaitlyn hasn't been to the park much, probably just once when she was so little she couldn't do anything but sit in the swing. She really liked swinging and went down the short tunnel slide all by herself. Dylan is great at climbing, and loves to climb UP the slide after he goes down. He made a friend of sorts the short time we were there. I wasn't too fond of this little boy though. He wasn't too nice. He was telling Dylan that he was too little, and how he was "Bigger" than him. Also being bossy, and saying that the kids couldn't go on the slide and such. I was unhappy that he was acting that way. But Dylan sure can hold his own. He was telling that little boy that "We are the same size" and he wasn't even concerned with it! I'm glad he's so capable of sticking up for himself. And that he knows that it's ok to! It was a proud Mom moment for me! After all....isn't that what parenting is all about, teaching our kids how to be grown up!

what park is this??? i wish our park had swings! they are the best!
This is the one on 4800 West, by the Little Caesars Pizza. It's so close, that we go to that one usually! Instead of the one in our neighborhood, just for that reason. I LOVE swings too! :)
Fun times! I love your new background - so cute!
I hate when Jarom gets picked on at the park. Hopefully he can learn to hold his own like Dylan!
haha I like the look on Trav's face like PAnts?
