Vacation Days!

Due to Inventory at Trav's job....

They have a week that they usually take off. It was the 29th - 3rd this year.

Well. Because they have some work to do they are letting people volunteer to work any of the days if they want. Travis didn't want to miss out on the whole weeks pay, so he is working the 1st and 2nd. And I took off the 29th and 30th so we could have a few days to do something.

We decided to go to the Drive Inn on Sunday night. Which was really fun! We seen UP and The Proposal. Both SQUIRREL were really good movies!!! (inside joke there) Except Kaitlyn just isn't a movie buff, like the rest of the family, just yet. She had a really rough time falling asleep; and she doesn't like to stay up past bed time!!

On Monday...we went to the Dinosaur "Season" as Dylan called it! (at Thanksgiving Point)

It was soooo much fun. I enjoyed everything as much as the kids did.

We let Dylan decide what we were going to do. It was between Hogle Zoo, Tracy Aviary and the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point.

Well needless to say, he picked the Museum. It was much bigger than we thought, and really quite kids friendly as far as museums would go (at least in my book). They had some fun hands on things for the kids to do.

Travis held Dylan up to feed him to T-Rex, and Dylan didn't find it very cool at all.
